Are you connected with or part of Multiglow?

No, we are a company set up to repair and service Multiglow's pre-existing products.

 

What happens if my Multiglow fire is not economically repairable?

If your Multiglow fire is not economically repairable, we can provide a replacement (subject to survey and installation costs).

 

Will I have still have to pay for the service call if my Multiglow fire is irrepairable?

Yes, but we will convert the service call to a survey (for the installation of a new fire) for which our standard charge is £40+ VAT.

Are the parts that you supply and/or fit guaranteed?

Yes, all parts come with a one-year guarantee.

Will I receive a certificate for my service?

Absolutely.

 

What happens if my fire breaks down within a year of your service call?

We will attend free of charge to confirm the cause of failure. If the failure is due to a component we haven't supplied, there will be a discounted call out charge. Any parts replaced will be charged for in full.

 

What happens if my fire breaks down within a year of you supplying a part?

We will attend free of charge to confirm the cause of failure. If the failure is due to the component we originally supplied was fitted incorrectly, or if a part is at fault that we haven't supplied, 

there will be a discounted call out charge. Any parts replaced will be charged for in full.

 

Can I have a gas engineer of my choice, fit the part you supply?

Of course. But keep in mind our engineers are Multiglow Specialists!
